I've fully read the documentation of your software and, unfortunately, it seems there's no way to generate standard files (like Clientraw.txt, Realtime.txt or stickertags). Since then my PWS has shown as "offline" on Wunderground. The store will not work correctly in the case when cookies are disabled. I only now realize that this service will end, actually pretty sad about it but it is what it is. Thanks for the response and yes on both counts: my station is connected to the internet and the Ambient Weather app is working. I am out of ideas and can't find any info online with similar problems. The time of Actual Sunset minus the time of Actual Sunrise. Having a large number of stations connected over any period of time leads to more accurate weather data.
